Skittle Cookers

Legion Skittle Cookers are a whole new concept in cooking. The insulated, multi-functional Skittle Cookers by Legion provide foodservice operators the versatility of a boiler-less steamer, tilting skillet, griddle, fryer, kettle, roaster and holding cabinet all in a single piece of equipment. Legion offers direct steam, electric and gas fired skillet cookers with either a standard lid or low profile lid.
