Streamline your pizza preparation process with the Maxx Cold V-Series 1 Door Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table. This compact commercial pizza prep table is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and powder-coated aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. It is equipped with a 17.75″ deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient work surface for preparing and assembling pizzas. Below the work surface is a refrigerated storage space with one adjustable heavy-duty wire shelf for storing and organizing ingredients, dough and other supplies. This one-door pizza prep station measures 50 inches wide, has 11 cubic feet of storage and accommodates six pans. The unit includes four 3-inch swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. This pizza prep fridge has a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls and door. It maintains a temperature of 33°F to 40°F (1°C to 4°C) to keep your ingredients at safe and optimal temperatures.
