BLODGETT ZEPHAIRE SERIES CONTROL PANEL CLARIFICATION

It has come to our attention that an issue has arisen as it relates to the standard control panels for the very popular Blodgett Zephaire Series Ovens.

Below you will find the Two Solid State Infinite (SSI) controls that are being used as standard on the Zephaire series ovens ( All available controls are shown on page 46 of the Blodgett 2015 Price List)

The control on the left, the SSI-M is the Solid State Manual control, which has been used on the DFG and Premium Series Ovens for many years is being transitioned to the Zephaire ovens. This extremely accurate control uses dials to adjust temperature (accurate +_5 degrees) and a 60 minute dial motor driven timer (accurate +_ 15 seconds)

The control on the right, the SSI-D is a Solid State Digital control, which is the same as the SSI-M in operation and accuracy, it just utilizes a DIGITAL count down timer.

Currently the standard Zephaire 100 and 200 Single or Double Ovens will be shipping with the SSI-M control panel as standard.

The Energy Star Rated Zephaire 100 ES and 200 ES Single or Double Ovens will be shipping with the SSI- D control panels as standard.

Although this is contrary to what is on page 46 in the 2015 Price List and is vague in AutoQuotes it is the current offering. There is a plan to transition to one standard panel (SSI-D) by the end of September.
